This is absolutely the best Basque cheesecake I’ve ever tried! I got the sampler box to try different flavors, and all five were delish!! My husband and I enjoyed every bite, and we can’t wait to try more! Maria is super sweet as well! Highly recommend—you will definitely love her cheesecakes!

Cheesecakes were so delicious and creamy. Maria was very sweet and kind! I mentioned the cheesecakes were for my birthday, and Maria even gifted me a happy birthday pick and a candle, making the experience even more special!

My husband and I left Spain chasing a dream: to build a new life in the U.S. and create something meaningful far from everything we knew. Texas became our home, full of possibility and new beginnings.
For a while, it felt like our dreams were aligning. We were starting a family, and hope filled our hearts.
But life had other plans. We suffered a miscarriage, and being thousands of miles from our families made the grief even heavier.
In the middle of that pain, I returned to the kitchen. I began baking Basque cheesecakes, a tradition from my homeland. With every cheesecake, I rediscovered my strength, passion, and purpose.
That is how Torito Bakery was born.
The bull is more than a symbol. In Spain, it represents strength, courage, nobility, and passion. For us, it carries a message: anyone can rise and move forward through sacrifice, courage, and love. It is our Spanish soul, proudly planted in Texas.
Every cheesecake I bake is an act of love, proof that from our deepest struggles, something beautiful can emerge.
